Harlem Valley Animal Clinic is a locally-owned and operated small animal hospital providing excellent veterinary care in Dutchess County to the  Dover Plains, Millbrook, Pawling, Amenia and Wingdale  area since 1962.   We have undergone changes and improvements throughout the years in keeping with ongoing advancements in veterinary medicine. However our mantra remains the same; Communication, Compassion, Competence.

Our veterinary hospital is well equipped with advanced equipment and technology to provide the highest standard of care for your pet. Our facility has the equipment to provide comprehensive in house testing for accurate diagnosis, digital x-ray, ultrasound, surgical suite, dental suite, pharmacy, and more. Additionally, we have a Board Certified Orthopedic surgeon available for more complicated procedures.  We also offer pet boarding and bathing.

At Harlem Valley Animal Clinic we strive to offer not only sound advice, but also optimal veterinary care, thus allowing you the enjoyment of your companion for a maximum number of years. Our job is not only to treat your pet when he or she isn't feeling well, but to also enable your pets to live the happiest and healthiest lives possible. Other veterinarians may rush you in and out of the exam room, or you spend more time with the technician than the veterinarian.  Here at the Harlem Valley Animal Clinic we have half-hour appointments, and you spend it with the veterinarian!
