Dr. Mark Sebetic
Dr. Mark Sebetic grew up on Long Island in NY. He started working at the Port Washington Animal Hospital when he was a junior in High school. He began as a volunteer and worked his way through the different jobs at an animal hospital. He attended undergraduate school at Muhlenberg College and graduated from The University of Florida with a degree in Microbiology and Cell Science. He went to Veterinary School at The University of Tennessee. He graduated in 1988.
After graduating he worked on Long Island for 6 years and in 1994 he bought Harlem Valley Animal Clinic. In 2008 he opened a satellite office, Kent Animal Clinic, in Kent CT. His special interests include surgery and dermatology. He remains deeply committed to a compassionate and common sense approach to his patients and clients.
He's been known to enjoy a game or two of golf and in his spare time likes to brew up a batch of some very tasty beer.

Dr. Cindy Fede
With over 25 years of experience, Dr. Cynthia Fede has developed a deep passion for working with dogs, cats, and small exotic mammals. A graduate of Cornell University’s School of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Fede has a special interest in animal rescue, veterinary medicine, and animal behavior. She believes in a collaborative approach to care, working closely with pet owners to strengthen the bond between them and their pets.
Originally from Coney Island, Brooklyn, NY, Dr. Fede is thrilled to return to the area and continue her work with the local community. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her husband, four children, and an assortment of pets—including dogs, cats, reptiles, and fish. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and pets, hiking, gardening, reading, and playing both video games and classic board games.
Dr. Fede is excited to meet you and your pets and looks forward to providing compassionate care for your furry friends.
